Why should I choose you?

How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of information?
I prioritise the security and confidentiality of your information. I am more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure that your sensitive information and data remain protected and undisclosed.
Is there a contract?
Upon starting our collaboration, we will formalise our agreement with a contract outlining VirtuAli’s business terms. Should you decide to end our partnership, you’re welcome to do so with just one month’s notice, regardless of the reason.
What are the payment terms?
Package fees are billed monthly in advance as a retainer, payable on the 1st of each month.
Any additional ad-hoc work will be invoiced upon completion.
You can pay by bank transfer.
What if my requirements change?
We’ll schedule regular review sessions to address any package adjustments or modifications you may require.
What hours do you operate?
I am very flexible. Working hours will be agreed upon prior to commencing services to ensure smooth collaboration.

Is there a minimum package?
The minimum package starts at 10 hours per month, ensuring a strong partnership foundation.
What if I don’t use all of my hours in my monthly package?
Unused hours will carry over to the following month’s allowance, to a maximum of 10% of the hourly package.
